1. Who we are

This website, flonkidentity.com (the "Website"), is operated by:

Sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību "Flonk Identity"
Registration No. 40203761523
Piekrastes iela 41A – 120, Daugavpils, LV-5422, Latvia
Email: info@flonkidentity.com

("Flonk Identity", "we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.

Scope. This notice covers the corporate Website only. The flonk.id identity-verification platform is governed by its own privacy documentation, available at flonk.id.

2. What data we process, and why

The Website is informational. We do not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising technologies, and the Website contains no account or sign-up functionality.

We process personal data in two situations only:

a) Correspondence. If you contact us by email (e.g. info@flonkidentity.com or security@flonkidentity.com), we process the data you provide — your name, email address, and the content of your message — to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to entering into a contract with us; otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence).

b) Technical logs. Our hosting infrastructure automatically records short-lived technical logs (IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL, timestamp) for the purpose of operating the Website securely and diagnosing faults. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in the security and availability of the Website).

3. Hosting and recipients

The Website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA), acting as our processor. Hosting infrastructure may involve processing outside the EU/EEA; such transfers are safeguarded by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties except (i) the hosting provider above, and (ii) where disclosure is required by law.

4. Retention

Correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any follow-up, and thereafter as required by applicable record-keeping obligations. Technical logs are retained by the hosting provider for a short rolling period.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact info@flonkidentity.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Latvia, the Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, www.dvi.gov.lv), or the authority of your habitual residence.

6. Automated decision-making

The Website performs no automated decision-making or profiling.

7. Changes

We may update this notice; the current version is always available on this page with its revision date.
