Data Processing Agreement

When providing identity-verification services through the flonk.id platform, SIA "Flonk Identity" acts as a processor within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR, processing personal data on behalf of and under the instructions of its customers.

A Data Processing Agreement compliant with Article 28 GDPR is available to all customers and forms an integral part of the service agreement. It defines the subject matter and duration of processing, the categories of data and data subjects, the security measures applied, the use of sub-processors, and the parties' respective obligations.
